MS Outlook / MS Outlook Express not Sending the mail

am using MS Outlook vesion 2000 and / or MS Outlook Express 6.0 on Windows 98. Since 4-5 days I have come across a typical problem. I am able to receive the mail. But whenever I am trying to send the mail it flashes an error message as under. In fact I tried to send the mail myself even then it flashed the same message. No chnages have been made to my Accounts Properties i.e. outgoing mail(SMTP)

Can anybody help me please ?

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'umangbhatt@sancharnet.in'. If your trying to send this from a residental internet connection then there is your problem. Contact your ISP
