I hope I am in the right forum. This has been driving me crazy and I am stumpted.

We are going to be doing an event where we will be relying heavily on Outlook to automate as much as we can.

We will be setting up a seperate mailbox to capture responses for an event we are planning.

The first thing we are going to do is send out an invitation in which the recipient can either accept or decline the invitation to the event.

What we would like to do is have Outlook automatically store the recipeints name into a contacts folder so I can import it into a database for RSVP tracking, printing name tags, etc.

Is there a way to do this?

I hope I have made myself clear. I am not too advanced in Outlook and would appreciate any advise.

Thanks

Look into this thread:

To get the sender's name add

molItem.SenderName

to the Print #1 code line.

If your database is Access:
