MS Outlook - I need a template with tabs, where I can switch views.

Does anyone have a template or database that can be used with MS Outlook. It has to have tabs where you can change views. (simlar to Excel) I need the ability to copy and paste the template in the body of emails without it being distorted when I send it out. I use to have something similar in Lotus Notes, however we converted to MS Outlook and it does not work anymore.
