ms outlook folder sharing

I'm having a problem with receiving calender folders from others on the network. They can see my calender but I cannot see their calenders. I've tried looking through books and but cannot find any thing. Can somebody help Me? I'm running office 2000 professional on windows n.t. 6.0.

Take a look at

and find the

OLXTeamOutlook Workgrouping

line to check for a public folder without M$ Exchange,
