I use a laptop and need to access emails via my Mobile (GRRS) when out of the office, when I get home I want to get access to the same e-mail addresses but using a broadband connection. Can you suggest a way of configuring Outlook so that I do not have to change the settings for each e-mail address I have in order to download my mail.

Thanks in anticipation

Guy

I am presently doing what you are suggesting

We are using exchange 2000 this is where all e-mails are kept.

I can therefore connect in 6 ways
1. on the internal nework ethernet
2. Mobil using GPRS (with VPN) Nokia 6300
3. Mobil DUN connecting direct (telephone line) with Nokia 6300
4. Modem using DUN through internet VPN
5. Modem using DUN direct (telephone line)
6. Broadband at home using VPN

Once you have established that you want to use 1 account for all e-mails then t does not matter how you connect, by will join to the domain exhange.

I woud suggest you set up a VPN on your firewall to create the tunnels and not using operating system VPN using Server.

Hope this is of some help
