I'm running MS Outlook 2003 on 2 different PS 4.5 servers. Users are prompted to create their Exchange profiles every time that they connect to Outlook Via Citrix. Any reason why the Outlook seetings for each individual user are not been retained. Thank you for your time.

Are you using roaming profiles?
Did you install the Outlook application using the Office Resource Kit?
Usually you can configure the Outlook profiles with the ORK tools and then tell it to not create if there is already a profile there.
If you didn't install it with the ORK tools, I would suggest uninstalling the Office suite from one of your servers. Then go to the "create transform file" option in the ORK tools and follow the wizard.
See if that helps.

Agree with Enigma99 on both points. I'm leaning more toward the roaming profile issue. Make sure the roaming profiles are being copied back and forth correctly. If you configure Outlook and then the profile is lost after the session, you'll have to configure it again.
