I'm using Outlook 2003 the points to our Exchange server and Windows 7 64 bit. During each day, I have to close down Outlook and restart it about 1 to 5 times a day. When the bug occurs, I'm unable to click on any of the icons in the Standard toolbar. Thus, I can't send a new message by clicking on the "NEW" icon. I'm using Google Desktop and maybe that has something to do with it? Any ideas would be appreciated. TIA

Try disabling the two add-ins in Outlook to see if the problem goes away.
"Google Desktop Search Outlook Add-In" and the COM Add-In "Google
Desktop Outlook Toolbar" in Outlook, and restart the program.

I thought our little wild time had just begun.
