MS Outlook 2002

I am sending emails using exchange server. I do not have external email account. this email that i sent was sent to all employees within the company. the email contained an attachment in Word 1378kb in size. I received replies saying that they could not open the attachment.

Can someone help!!!

That would depend on why they couldn't open it. You're not providing any information. We'd need to know the exact error message they were receiving.

I had an issue where I sent Word docs created and saved as Word 2005 to users who only had Word 2000 and they could not open. Just a guess, As 58Sniper suggested, we could use more info.
