MS Outlook 2000 crashes multiple times throughout the day with the following error in the event logs:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 9.0.0.6604, faulting module outllib.dll, version 9.0.0.6627, fault address 0x00081363
At this point I ran the detect and repair and I also ran the outlook /cleanprofile switch.
