MS Org Chart opens then closes itself when linked from web.

Some of our users are having the problem of when they open a hyperlink for and org chart from one of our intranet sites, MS Org Chart 2.0 will open then immediatley close, anyone ever hear of anything like this and if so what the cause/resolution is?
