I will assume you mean that you want to access (link/import) FoxPro data file into Access 97.<br>
<br>
1. In Access:<br>
<File> select <Get External Data> then either select <Link> or <Import><br>
<br>
Note:<br>
<Link> will create a two way link, such that any changes you make in Access will be written back to FoxPro.<br>
<Import> will bring a copy of the data into Access that can be manipulated without harm to the original info.<br>
<br>
Pros/Cons<br>
Link<br>
Pro: Results in a smaller file size<br>
Con: Limited to Indexing in original data source<br>
Import<br>
Pro: Can manipulate in any fashion you want.<br>
Con: You end up with two copies of the data<br>

2. Once you have the information in Access you will have to re-create the Relationships.<br>
<br>
3. Have fun building your new Access tool<br>
