MS Office Install with MST failing

Am trying to deploy an install of Office with a customer MST file - this is the command line I am using:

MaintWiz.exe /c "\\SMSSERVER\e$\Packages\Office 2003\Office 2003 Upgrade\FullInstall.CMW" /qb-

Which works file when run through CMD but when I run it via SMS I get the following error message as to why the package won't run:

Systems Management Server (SMS) determines status for each program it executes. If SMS cannot find or correlate any installation status Management Information Format (MIF) files for the program, it uses the program's exit code to determine status. An exit code of -2147467259 is considered a failure.

Any suggestions on how to fix?
