MS-Office 2013 Excel Issue

Hi,
whenever i enter values in cells the screen moves upwards making the current cell not ijn view.
also when some delay occurs while entering the cursor acts funny either does not al.oew to co tinue or the cursor deletes the entry.

it is frustrating.

What device are you using? This happens to me on my iPad. However, if I TAB, no problem.
