MS Office 2010

getting the following error when trying to install ms office 2010,
on win XP SP3 and Win 7 -

error msg -> "the language of this installation package is not supported by your system"

All and any help much appreciated.

source is on network, but even after copying to local pc same error.
this is not a eastern language issue (as seen few thing on google).

Has this package installed successfully on other systems with the same language settings as your target system?

yes - there has been multiple installs (corporate environ) from the same package. All untill last week work fine with no issues.
