I have a user who is currently running Win XP Pro and is having printing issues with Excel 2007.

The user is able to see all data on document through print preview but when printed out one row does net print. Any ideas. I have Macros enabled and selected file in trusted zone.

Is it that the cells are blank or that the entire row is missing?

The entire row is missing. I am able to print said excel document just fine.

JunJunBK,

Where is the row located? Top, bottom, in between, or in a header or footer?

thanks,
GS

The row missing is located in the middle of the document and is the result of some data calculations.

If you select that row, can you print the Selection in the print dialog box?

Update on my issue. Now when user prints said Excel doc no data prints at all only one grid line prints. Help. Should a running a detect and repair the issue?

If it's not doing it to all of the Excel files, I don't think that's going to work.
