MS Office 07 Templates

I'm trying to figure out how to setup a policy so that when my users login and they run MS Word 07 and click on: New > My Templates from here I want it to show a specific location we haved shared where all our templates are. Then my users can just select whatever template they need. Does anybody have any idea how to do this?

First of all: We our running server 2003 STD with Terminal Server installed. So all these users are accessing this from a Terminal Server session.
 
Add the templates to a workgroup folder on the server giving everyone full access permissions.

Then in Word you need to set up the workgroup template location. It is under Word Options, Advanced tab, at the bottom, click File Locations and then edit Workgroup Templates to point to the new Workgroup folder.
