How does Avaya's unified communications compare with Microsoft's OCS? Has anyone had a chance to work with both? We currently have IP 500 installed in our locations and Avaya doesn't seem to support OCS fully on this product.
UCC isn't an IP Office product either. OCS can work with IP Office just fine with a gateway. The only thing you'll lose is presence if the call is answered on the desk phone instead of the MOC.
