MS- GP Ver 7.0 - Unable to open Dictionary ?

Hi all

I'm new user to Microsoft Great Plains version 7.0. One my colleage has filled a quotation file as report [ eg. 270270 ] & once I try to get the print [ Screen/ Printer] out of this quotation, I'm getting this error " Unable to Open Dictionary : Crogram files / eentrprs/reports.DIC" ?

What is this & why is giving so ?

anybody here to help ?

copy the file from another machine and put it in the same directory as listed in your error

Make sure that Reports.dic exists in the path displayed and is not marked as read only.
