MS Exchange Portlets

I am trying to configure the MS Exchange portlets from the portal catalog into my portal, but I am not able to do so.

I keep getting an error message in the log files. It says

I am not using SSO and SSL is not enabled. Do I have to do that? Please help me , It is urgent
