I'm pretty inexperienced with MS Excel and I need some assistance. I'm trying to calculate the average age of an issue based a particular range of dates and then for each particular issue, convert the average age of the issue to to actual days. Is there a simplistic approach that I can take? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

i.e

A1 B1
Issue Dt of Issue
1 09/22/06
2 10/01/06
3 11/01/06

For your example, place the following formula in C2:
[tab]=today()-B2

Change the format of the cell to General to display the number of days.

[tt]_____
[blue]-John[/blue][/tt]
[tab][red]The plural of anecdote is not data[/red]
