When I am using MS Office products such as Word or Excel, I notice a flickering in the program. Its olmost as if a connection between the PC and the network was dropped. I've updated my Windows 2000 to service pack 4, Office 2000 to service pack 3, I loaded Excel and Word patches, I've shut-down the PC several times and still the flickering occurs. Is this a PC specific issue or an Office 2000 issue? Thanks for your assistance.
