I think you're in the wrong forum but the answer is you can't. Or at least I don't think you can.
What I do is Format a cell or row of cells in the top line to fit the image which I either paste from the clipboard, having copied it from somewhere else, or use the Insert/Picture/From File menu option.
Once you have the image as you want it go to the File/Page SetUp menu option and select Sheet. In Rows to repeat at top: enter the names or the top left and bottom right cells that surround the image.
Now when you click print preview you should see the image repeated on each page.
