MS Excel 97-2000 (Data only) problem in crystal 9

We have multiple computers with crystal 9 on them and they all work except for 1 computer where some of the checkboxes after selecting MS Excel 97-2000 (Data only) are missing.

It doesn't have the "Export object formatting" option and it's missing other checkboxes.

Any ideas besides re-installing crystal?
