MS Data Access Pages - Concatenate Text

I was wondering if there is a way of concatenating text at run-time from Data Access Pages. There is not much information on the web on this point.

At the controlsource, I have done:

1. Text2: Text1 & Text2 - Errors out
2. Text2: Text1 + Text2 - Errors out as well.

Any workarounds other than create a field within the query; I would have about 12 fields to do.

Any assistance would help.
