ms connector for domino

hi - we had to migrate people over to another domino mail server, but unfortunately, those who already had a previous connetor configured account on outlook 2003 can't even get into their outlook cuz the domino account has been changed. the dialog reads "unable to open your default e-mail folders. an unexpected error has occurred. mapi was unable to load information service nwnsp.dll. be sure the service is correctly installed and configured"

should i just replace the nwnsp.dll?

hi again - adding to the post, then once click ok, the window closes so that yourer not able to go in at all...
