I am interested in the 70-501 exam; Windows Server 2003 Hosted Environments, Configuration and Management and I would like to find a book or manual covering this exam similar to the Microsoft Press Books. Microsoft has said they do not offer any books from their press. Does anyone know of any good books covering this exam and in particular IIS deployment and configuration?
