MS-BDD 2007 error HELP!!

I am pulling my hair out trying to get Business Desktop Deployment '07 to work. I am following instructions from The Lazy Admin website step by step but I get to the point of updating the Deployment Points and I keep getting an error. I cant find any information on it and of course Microsoft is about as helpful as a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. The error I keep getting is:

System.BadImageFormatException: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)
   at Microsoft.BDD.ConfigManager.PEManager.Generate()
   at Microsoft.BDD.ConfigManager.DeployItem.Generate(String platform, String localLogFile, Boolean skipPE)

I am trying to create an XPsp2 32bit image on a Windows 2003 Standard 32bit server. I am just lost. No clue what the problem is, anyone have any idea?
