MS Antispy application encounters a problem and needs to be shut down

Hi

I am an administrator on a network where we run MS antispy application on the client machines. We have just moved offices and now every day every hour or so the clients experience an error message coming up on their screen saying "Antispy application has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please tell Microsoft about this problem. Send Error Report... Don't send"

Please can anyone shed any light on what this is wrong and how I could resolve this? We do not have any other antispyware programs running and everything is exactly the same as at our last office... no new software.

Is there a Microsoft patch I need to download?

Uninstall it and reinstall it is the best way to fix it as there could be anythign wrong with it!
