We are running an access database through a 2k terminal server so that multiple users can see it at different sites that we have.

When one person logs into the database they can get to it fine but if any other user tries to log on they get the message "Microsoft access can't open the file 'MSJTER35.dll'" . When somebody with administrative rights tries to logon the message is "Couldn't use 'C:\winnt\system32\system.mdw';file already in use".

I have ran the office compatibility script but this doesn't seem to have made a difference.

Has anybody any ideas,

We are desparate

i had a problem simiallar to this, i was getting access denied when trying to open a database on terminal server and it was a permissions issue with the 'C:\winnt\system32' directory on the terminal server.
