Hi, I was wondering what are some differences between Paradox and Access were? Thanks!

Access works properly. Paradox is a disaster, although not quite as dreaful as Approach. Peter Meachem

We are using an old dos "Borland" paradox v4.0 ...it is very stable. but, it's dos...I don't know how well or not Corel has maintained this stability.

I found an earlyish Paradox to be both rubbish to use, constantly corrupting itself on a network and have a completely dopey repair 'utility'. I was pleased to see the back of it. Peter Meachem

I don't know because I've only toyed with Paradox, never used it for an actual application. But if you check out the Paradox group on Tek-Tips you'll find that developers who have used it -- some who have also used Access -- generally think Paradox is a bit more robust than Access. Whether they're right or wrong I don't know. But at least there are some people giving Paradox heavy use who seem to like it quite a bit. -- Herb
