Click on Help > Contents and index. Microsoft wrote a book on it and included it with the app. Access has the Northwinds database for examples.
If you go to microsoft.com and search for "knowledge base" you'll find searchable articles on most topics. The examples and samples they use are often designed around the Northwinds database so you can play around with them in a real DB.
I've found this forum invaluable. I'd recommend visiting at least once a day and trying to answer other peoples' questions. See if you can figure it out before anyone else does.
Further, if you find a poster here who seems to make sense to you, click on his/her name and in the profile click on the hyperlink to the threads in which they've posted. Read through them.
