Hi

Can anyone help me getting a MS Access to DB2 convertor program. I know there is one but I can't find it.

cheers
Leo

First are you going from Client/server (e.g. AS/400) or a Mainframe DB2 application?

I've used IBM's Client Access program for transfering from an AS/400. I transfer both to and from DB2 and ACCESS/EXCEL directly using ODBC drivers. Client Access also includes 'Copy to' and 'Copy from' programs that will take and send text files to the DB2 server.

I hope this what you are looking for. If I've misinterpeted your question please let me know. VTJ

To clarify things: We're running a database application on a website using ASP/MS Access database.
We need to integrate this application into our e-commerce site which is currently build and uses a DB2 database server on a RS6000 (AIX Unix)

I need a tools where I can convert the Accesss database so it can be transported to the DB2 server

Probably my question looks a bit silly but I don't have any experience with DB2 or any other database running on UNIX

cheers
Leo
