Ms Access SQL Query

I am new to Access SQL query.

I have a table with the following fields & data types.

Fields Datatype
ReadDate Text
Micro-Business Boolean or Yes/No

I'd like to design a query and update some data within this table, based on the following scenario:

"Update Micro-Business rows, WHERE ReadDate is BGMR,MMRR or MCRG"

1.What type of action query is required. (im guessing an update query, not sure)
2.What criteria is required, for accurate result.

Pls assist, with helpful tips.

An update query:

Update [Unknown Table Name]
SET [Micro-Business] = ...
WHERE ReadDate IN ("BGMR", "MMRR", "MCRG");
