Using a query as input to my report, I want to print out out a value that looks like this -Example: 133.82258. I want to print only the 133 value, nothing after the decimal point. The number may vary, I'm calculating averages, and it could also be something like 27.478930. Is there something I need to set in my report output?

Thanks

Hi,
Yes, you can control the format of the numeric fields. Simply click on View, then select Properties. On the Format tab, select Format, then click on the down arrow (which is at the end of the line). You will see a list of various formats. Pick the one desired, then click on the line called "Decimal Places". Since you don't want any decimals showing, select "0". HTH, [pc2]
