I wish to print a MS Report from an array. The array is built in the report. I try to print on the report footer but it appears to need all the print lines defined. The array contains a variable total of records. Is this possible I cannot find any details anywhere.
Microsoft Help is useless.
Can I, in the (Detail Line - Format) create the array and then print it in the detail line, I will need to surpress the record that Access wants to print.
Or, can I create an array in a separate Module and print the array from the Module ?
I know that I can create a new table from the array and then create a new report and print report.
There has got to be an easier way !!!
All help gratefully received - Regards, CUJimmy

I can't tell from you message if you want to print the detail lines or not. I assume you are using the recordset of the report to build an array and then want to display the array in the report footer.
Are you trying to use the Me.Print method? Could you use one or more text boxes and set the control property with your array values in the On Format event of the report footer?
