I've been handled off a crystal report that is pointed to an access database. The only problem is that the access database has linked tables that point to MS SQL server, and when I'm trying to run the report through Business Objects it fails because it doesn't have creditials to connect to SQL. does anyone know how to pass credentials to use to connect to the SQL database?

I have mine set as ODBC's, then save p/w with rpt

I don't think you can save the password with the report. However, in MS Access, you can save the password within the linked table properties.

hth,
