Ms Access Import AccPac Db Information

Hello Tek-Tip community,
I was wondering if anyone out there could help me with the cod e required to connect to an accpac pervassive database to retrieve the information from one of the tables. If anyone has done this before could you post some code to get me started or point me in the direction of how I can about this? thank you very much and have a nice day

I forgot to add, I wish to do this through a module or code, not by clicking on the menu and importing the data. Thank you.
