Hello again. First See my 1st thread please. Ok, I tried another route to the way I had my form previously set up. Instead of subforms within a main form, I built a query from that form including all relevant fields from my form, which were located over 7 tables. I then filtered the query by sales rep id and did this for 4 sales representatives to weed out respective geographic areas. I then made this query the source of my form. It all lined up perfectly...the only problem now is that Access will not allow me to create new records. Any suggestions? Can someone also advise me which way is better to achieve what it is I want to achieve. Remember from first thread, I need to be able to insert several store visits over the course of a year not to overwrite each visit but to create another record for each visit. This is the main reason to make a main form with other subforms. Is my logic off?

Thanks again!
Tired of access.
