MS Access Developer's Toolkit

Hi,

Does anyone know what the latest version of the MS Access Developer's Toolkit is? I can only find on the Microsoft site MS Access Developer's Toolkit for Windows 95 and Access 2.0. My project was done in Windows 98 and Access 2000.
