MS ACCESS DB-POPUP MESSAGE

Hi,
I have designed a data entry form in MS ACCESS Database which posts/saves data in an employee table.In this form i have indexed tabs so by using tab on a keybord you can move squentially from one field to another.Now,what i want is a popup message if at all a user skipp the first field and move to the next without filling the first one.Please anyone can assist on how to address it. Thanks.
