MS ACCESS DB-ASSIGN ROLES

Hi,
I have designed an application using MS Access Db, now i want to design an administration module whereby an administrator can login and assign roles to other users.Please can anyone assist on this issue?

So if you are using MS Access how is this related to MYSQL?
