MS Access Creating line chart with standard deviation for select group of data

Hi I'm somewhat of a newbie to Access.

This is the columned data I have:

Lot# MfrDate Assay1 Assay2 WgtVar1 WgtVar2 WgtVar3

I can recreate the table with Assay1&2 in one column and the 3 WgtVar in another column.

I want the total standard deviation and mean for the items when query by Lot# and/or MfrDate. Then I want to line chart the findings. My problem is get the aggragate stendard deviation and mean.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
