I need to display information from my database along with a link to a picture on my website. Is there any way to do this?

This is the page. Photo Table. I want to get rid of the table and use the drop down menu to search for a state in the database and display the information and a link to the photo.

Thanks
Joe

If you are accessing a database each time, you will need to use server side scripting.

The scripting isn't the problem. Would I have to store a link to the image in the database? How is that done?

Thanks

I'd do it like this:

Put all your images in a single directory on your webserver.

Store the name of each image in a text field in your database records. Don't attempt to store the image itself.

Your script can then build an appropriate [tt]<img>[/tt] element.
