MS Access Add-ins and Design Goodies

Does anybody know of any cool access addins to spiff up access databases? I'd be interested in using some to make my departmental DB look a little flashier. ALso, does anybody know how I can disable all toolbars so that they are not accessible to the users?

With regard to your second question, disabling toolbars, click Tools, Startup. You'll see you can disable toolbars, menus and more from here.
