I don't even know how to properly describe this, But I will try.

When I drop a combo box on my form, a scree used to pop up with 3 options, in which I can use the combo box. When I used to drop a subform, same thing, a "wizard" screen would automatically pop up and I would go thru the process of selecting tables/forms for the same.

Strangely, it has stoppped doing that! Now whenever I use these controls and drop them while designing the form, nothing happens, a unassociated/unbound instance is dropped on the form, without any wizard screen.

Any idea how to fix this?

Oops.. Found it!

Here is how to fix it..

1.Right-click the form in the Navigation Pane, and then click Design View.
2.On the Design tab, in the Controls group, ensure that Use Control Wizards is selected.

FYI, that's the Icon that look's like a Wizard's Wand with starts shooting out of its tip! It is very easy to accidentally click on, disabling it, and on my system doesn't really change the Icon's appearance enough to tell that it's been disabled.

I'll bet if you added other Controls, such as a Command Button, the Wizard wouldn't pop up, either!
