MS Access 97 Report Printing

Can someone help figure out if how I can set up default page sizes within a shared db on a network. Also, can I use some kind of formatting that will reduce the output size of a page to print on an 81/2 x 11 inch page instead of a legal size page (I know this is done within MS Excel within page setup).
