MS Access 97 - Cant properly "Save as/Export..."

I have an interesting problem here and i can not seem to find anyone else who has the same issues. At some point in time, i lost the ability to save the reports i run in access. My colleagues have the same setup on their computers, but they can save their reports as Access, Rich Text format, Snapshot format, HTML, Excel, Text files, etc. The only options i have are Access, Rich Text, and Snapshot. I can run the reports fine, i can print them fine, but when saved as RTF most is chopped up and not very presentable. If anyone has any ideas i would love to hear them.

Running Access 97 on XP Pro.

I would say that your Access convertion install is corrupt. reinstall Access and this should take care of the problem.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it still does not work. I still have not found a way around this. What is it that tells access how to export files?

Still hoping someone can help.
