environment: nt4 workstations with office 2k installed.
printers: lexmark Optra 1855 (2 printers on same print server which is running nt4 server)
Problem: We have an access db with a report defined. When user1 has printer1 defined as their default printer, the report will fit on one legal sized page. When user2, who has printer2 defined as her default printer, modifies the report, the pages no longer fit on one page, and the last column is moved to the next page.
I've compared both printers on the server and both are using the same drivers and have the same configuration. Where/why is Access making these changes without being told to specifically?
Any help or guidance is great appreciated. Thanks to all who respond.
