MS Access 2007 - Search for Existing Record

Hello,

On open, I need to run a parameter query that I have set up that prompts user to enter customer id. From here if the

customer id is in the table I need to open a form in edit mode

customer id is not in the table I need to open form in add mode

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
