My company is using MS Access 2007 projects (.adp) with SQL 2005 very successfully. Now the company will beto upgrading to SQL 2012. Will there be a compatability or connection issues with our current Access 2007 projects and the new SQL 2012? Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Before I swore off ADP's I realized they seem to work or reconnect to SQL Server databases across versions but that was more like moving to 2005. My expectation is that it would still work but you may no longer have native object support within Access 2007. And ADP's were deprecated in some version... So better to move away at your earliest convenience.
